Macedonia Fire Department Reveals New Pierce Arrow XT 100-foot Aerial Truck

Something unexpected happened at the Spirit of Macedonia FunFest on Friday night. The new aerial truck made a surprise appearance! And it was even more surprising when the Nordonia School Mascot helped reveal the school logo decal on the truck! Thanks to the residents that passed the levy in the fall, the City of Macedonia was able to replace the City’s 28-year-old aerial firetruck which had been operating on 1980’s technology and beyond repair.
