Macedonia officers attempted to stop a vehicle last night at 10:35pm for traffic violations and being in Longwood Park after hours. The driver of the vehicle refused to stop which lead to a pursuit in the Crow Drive development. The pursuit ended in Willoughby with the suspect abandoning the vehicle and escaping on foot. A passenger in the vehicle was detained and questioned on scene. The suspect has been positively identified and warrants are out for his arrest. The suspect was only in Macedonia to drop a passenger off on Seminole Lane. It is not believed that he will return to our area.
