Do you have the sniffles or just wanna eat something filling? Try my barbecue chicken and spicy cabbage recipe!
Serves 15
Ingredients
15 chicken legs
Seasoned salt
Black pepper
Barbeque sauce
3 heads of cabbage
15 jalapeno slices
4 yellow chopped sweet peppers
4 orange, chopped sweet peppers
4 red chopped sweet peppers
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Wash and rip the 3 cabbage heads in a collider.
Wash and unthaw chicken
Transfer to pot cabbage, jalapeno slices, and peppers to the pot.
Cut the peppers into thin slices
Turn the stove on high and cook for an hour. After an hour, let it simmer on low heat
Take a disposable aluminum pan and season all sides of chicken with seasoning salt and black pepper to taste
Add 3 tablespoons of Better Than Bouillon to chicken and place in the oven for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes put barbeque sauce on all sides of chicken and cook for 45 minutes
