Sushi will forever be one of America’s favorite exotic foods. The array of delectable nigiri and sashimi options and classic California roll just became a lot easier to access. Twinsburg’s En Sushi will replace the old Bob Evans building on Route 82.
I had the pleasure of speaking with General Manager Ivan Tsou. He relayed that the restaurant will open between March and April and that the restaurant will be a traditional sushi bar and grill. The GM is also affiliated with Sushi En in Columbus, Ohio, and noted that it will be very similar to the Twinsburg location. Yong Hao Chen, the owner of the new Twinsburg restaurant, plans on utilizing the services of Sparkle Wash in Oakwood Village to restore the building and plans on opening up his next restaurant in Solon, Ohio. The restaurant will begin hiring for all positions February 15th! We will keep you posted on opening dates and promotions.
