Goldie’s Donuts and Bakery proposes location on East Aurora Road
The Northfield Center Township Board of Zoning Appeals will consider an application for a new donut shop during a public hearing scheduled for Thursday, October 9 at 7:00 p.m.
Marc Cohen of Beachwood has submitted a conditional use application on behalf of Goldie’s Donuts and Bakery for a proposed location at 81 East Aurora Road in Northfield. The hearing will take place at the township’s administrative offices at 8484 Olde Eight Road.
The application seeks conditional use approval for the donut shop operation. Township residents and interested parties can review the complete application at the Northfield Center Township office during regular business hours.
The zoning appeals board will hear public comments before making a decision on the proposal.
