Are you and your family looking for a new place to chow down? Epoche International Kitchen, is located at 9199 Olde 8 Road, Suite D Northfield Center OH, 44067.The restaurant opened on January 12th and has already received great reviews. All of the food is made from scratch. No bags, no microwaves, everything is in house and made to order. The restaurant is also eco friendly, using all recycled takeout supplies. Epoche International Kitchen will be open on Tuesdays – Saturday 4:00pm – 8:30pm DELIVERY ONLY for now. Each dish is served with respective sides. Me and a few other lucky participants are taste testing dishes off the restaurant owners secret menu.
My favorites are the Sugar Rock Chicken, Chicken Parmesan over pasta served with garlic roll, and sautéed veggies.
The Chix Parm is absolutely Divine! The well traveled chef, uses a house marinara using Chianti, garlic, onion, herbs and spices. This is by far the most appetizing blend of fresh flavors I’ve ever had. The parmigiano, reggiano, fontia, romano, and asiago cheese blend brought it together.
The rock sugar chicken is the epitome of ambrosia. The chicken had a perfect dulcet taste thanks to the perfect blend of Indonesian sweet soy, Chinese rock sugar, schezwan pepper corn, fresh ginger, lemongrass and garlic ingredients. The dish was served with fresh ginger mandarin rice.
