At approximately 1554 hours I was dispatched to the station to reference an assault report.
Upon arrival I spoke to the reporting party/victim. They stated that they were assaulted by a fellow employee.
The individual stated that at approximately 0730 hours they were taking a work break in the parking lot. The individual stated that they were sitting in their vehicle with the driver side door fully open. At this time they stated that the other individual began to yell at them from the loading dock. Apparently they were parked next to the other individual’s vehicle and felt that the door was too close to it. The victim stated that the other individual was calling them a “b#%?@” and “ignorant” and was yelling at the top of their voice.
The victim stated that as their break ended, they walked back into the facility and confronted the other individual about yelling at them. The victim stated that they advised the other individual that they did not strike or come anywhere closed to their vehicle. The victim stated that the other individual continued to call them a “b#%?@” and was being very disrespectful to them.
At this time the victim stated that they told the other individual “I got yo b#%?@” and pointed to them. The victim stated that the other individual then took their hand, palm first and pushed it away from their face. The victim stated that they immediately informed the supervisor and both parties were brought in and gave written statement reference the incident.
