I responded to a Macedonia store to investigate a complaint of theft by an employee.
When I arrived with another officer we headed to the rear of the store to speak with the Loss Prevention manager. They told us that they had interviewed a cashier about two thefts involving credit cards that occurred today. The Loss Prevention manager told us that the individual admitted to being part of the theft and assisting in the transaction for a loss of $44,162.47.
The individual was placed under arrest and transported to Macedonia Police department for booking. Charges of Complicity to Theft (F4) were filed through Stow Court.
