Continuing their impressive run, the Nordonia Lady Knights Bowling team secured yet another victory, this time against Stow-Munroe Falls, on Tuesday, December 12th.
This win, following their recent triumph over Kent Roosevelt, further cements their reputation as a consistent and dependable team. The match, held in Kent, ended with Nordonia leading the score with a total pinfall of 2371, compared to Stow’s 2211, thereby maintaining their undefeated streak.
Kolbey Lewin spearheaded the Lady Knights’ effort with a remarkable 475-game series, showcasing her exceptional skills with scores of 233 and 242.
Kaitlyn McNutt contributed greatly to the team’s triumph as well, with 189 and 170 strong games leading up to a 359 series. The team’s total benefited greatly from her reliable performance.
Abby Toronski was another notable performer, closely following McNutt with a 358 series, scoring 154 and 204 in her games.
Lexi DeMarco and Grace Bzdafka added to the team’s strength with series scores of 351 (173, 178) and 347 (184, 163), respectively. Their performances were crucial in building the team’s overall score and securing the win.
JUNIOR VARSITY TEAM
The JV Ladies, although bowling for average due to Stow not having a team, displayed their dedication and skill.
Madison McEwen: Led the team with a 220 series, featuring games of 119 and 101.
Addy Sears: Contributed with a solid 185 series, showcasing consistent performance with games of 84 and 101.
