The Nordonia Hills City School District is soliciting bids for the roof replacements at Nordonia Middle School – Gym & Locker Room Roofs. The work will consist of but not limited to: tearing off all roofing materials to the metal deck, installing a 2-ply modified system, a flood of coal tar and gravel, and new metal trim throughout. A mandatory pre-bid is scheduled for 4/18/22 at 11:00. Meet at the main entrance of the Middle School, 73 Leonard Ave, Northfield, OH 44067. Bids must be turned in at the board office, 9370 Olde 8 Rd, Northfield, OH 44067 submitted by 4/29/22, 11:00 AM.
