Baby Time

Baby Time features books, bounces, songs, and bubbles followed by a playtime. Baby Time is for ages 2 and under. Register online, by phone, or in person.

Read a book to a certified therapy dog. Bring a book or read one of ours! This is a terrific way for children to practice their literacy skills and gain more confidence in reading aloud. Children of all ages are welcome. Register online, by phone, or in person

Messy Monday

Join us for some messy fun at 6:15pm. Remember to wear some old clothes, you may get messy. Register online, by phone, or in person.

January 29- Sparkly Winter Paintings-Enjoy a process art activity but creating a beautiful winter painting with paint, glue, and Epsom salt.

February 19- Yarn Art-Glue different colors of yarn onto a canvas to make and design your own artwork

School Age Programs

Thrilling Thursdays

Thursday, 4 pm

Join us after school at 4 pm for some fun activities.    .

January 18– Hex Bugs-Design a maze with different pathways and obstacles out of various materials and then use the hex bugs to see how they respond.

February 22– Build a hovercraft with miscellaneous materials and then we will race them.

March 28- Wind Damage-School Readiness Tool Kit-Build a tower that is as tall and durable as possible, and then test the structure in the wind by placing a fan in front of it. Will the tower withstand the windstorm? This activity introduces children to trial-and-error and problem solving.

Teen Programs

Dungeons and Dragons

Second & Fourth Mondays from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm January 8 & 22, February 12 & 26

Join our quest at your own peril! Bring your dice and your tankard. Snacks provided. For more information, please ask Mistress Sue.

Teen Café

On the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:30pm, we’ll try something new. Maybe a craft, a recipe, or a new skill.

Thursday, January 18th Make your own felted coffee sleeve.

Thursday, February 15h Miss Sue will provide all different kinds of material and you will design your own cell phone stand.

Teen Lit Loot

Grades 6-12 are invited to register for our book box service: Lit Loot! Each box will contain two books and an assortment of goodies. Register in person, or by phone at330-467-8595.
