Learn about possible fulfilling volunteer opportunities, and stay for an Evening of Jazz with The Dan Wilson Trio, a live performance sponsored by the Friends of the Library.

Enjoy an evening of Jazz in the library stacks with Grammy nominated recording artist, Akron native, and guitar master Dan Wilson. Wilson is one of the biggest names on the jazz guitar scene today. He has shared the stage with the likes of David Sanborn, Russell Malone, Christian McBride, Joey DeFrancesco, Les McCann, Eric Marienthal and Dave Stryker, to name a few. Seats are limited. Please register. This program is generously sponsored by the Friends of Nordonia Hills Branch Library.

Basic Computer Class and Gmail Series 

Free hands-on computer classes. Learn how to use the mouse, keyboard, Windows 10, folders, the Internet and more. Attend one class or the entire series. Registration is required and opens 1/3/22. Register by phone, online or in person.

The Basic Computer Series is designed for anyone who is new to computers or has never had formal training. In this series, you will learn how to use the mouse, keyboard and Windows 10 Operating System, save and organize files and folders, and also get an introduction to the Internet.

The 4th Thursday of each month, we’ll try something new. Maybe a craft, a recipe, or a new skill.
