The Nordonia High School Drama Club will be hosting a two week drama camp in June of 2016. At this camp, your child will have the opportunity to not only put on a theater production, but also learn acting’s many “tricks of the trade”.
Your child will look forward to:
- Workshops that coincide directly with the process of putting on a musical theater production.
- Going through the entire audition and casting process.
- Last, but certainly not least, the final production on show night!
Camp Information:
- In order to attend this camp, students must be entering grades 3 through 9 in the fall of 2016.
- All students will receive a part in the show, but they will still need to go through the audition experience. Students should be prepared to sing an audition song for the 1st day of camp. The type of song is up to your child; it should be no more than 30 seconds long.
- This two week camp will have eight 4 hour rehearsals and two 7 hour rehearsals. On each 4 hour day the students will be allotted a short break time. Your child should pack a healthy snack and water. On the 7 hour days your child will have a long lunch break so they should pack a full lunch.
