Nordonia Varsity Lady Knights scored on a home run by Haydn Paul in the first inning, a single by Alyssa Smigel in the first inning, a walk by Laura Garey in the second inning, and a single by Paul in the second inning.
Hudson scored four runs in the first inning, but Nordonia Varsity Lady Knights still managed to pull out the victory. #20, #18, and #13 each drove in runs during the inning.
Nordonia Varsity Lady Knights took the lead for good with three runs in the second inning. In the second Garey drew a walk, scoring one run and Paul singled on a 0-2 count, scoring one run.
Nordonia Varsity Lady Knights scored four runs in the seventh inning. Smigel, Brooke Becker, and Alyssa Lyons powered the big inning with RBIs.
