Nordonia Veterans Banner Program 2023

2023 SEASON APPLICATION FORM
Deadline March 31, 2023

Each banner will honor a specific serviceperson with Nordonia area ties and will include their name, branch of service, and photo. Banners will be displayed on Northfield Road from approximately Memorial Day through Veteran’s Day (May through November). The exact display schedule is subject to change at the sole discretion of the Village of Northfield. Limited space is available in the program. Submissions will be chosen on a first come, first served basis. Sponsors may pick up the banners from the Public Service Department located at 199 Ledge Rd after they are taken down for the season.

Applications will need to be submitted by March 31, 2023, to be displayed during the 2023 season. It will be your responsibility to contact the Village of Northfield prior to March 31st of each year to renew your order for that year. The price per banner is $150.00.

Banners are printed double-sided in color and measure 24” wide x 48” high. A high- resolution digital photo file must be included with the application along with full payment in the amount of $150.00. You can also email the digital file to officeassistant@northfieldvillage-oh.gov. Checks should be made payable to the Village of Northfield. Applications, payments, and photos may be mailed or dropped off at 199 Ledge Road, Northfield, Ohio 44067.

The photos are the most significant part of the banners. Execution of the signed consent language on this form is required to display the photograph. Please send high quality images. What looks sharp and crisp on your computer screen does not necessarily mean it will look sharp in print.

The Village of Northfield is not responsible for replacing banners that are stolen, damaged, or destroyed due to vandalism, age, or any acts of nature, including high winds.

The exact location of the banner on Northfield Road cannot be guaranteed.

If you have any questions, please call 330 468-4360.
