Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Northfield Center Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall, 9546 Brandywine Rd., Northfield Center OH for a Variance application for applicant Chris Hahn, 8969 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH. The applicant is requesting multiple variances to riparian regulations for a pool, accessory building, and patio.
Those not able to attend the Public Hearing are encouraged to submit their comments in writing to the Town Hall either by mail, email (nctsecretary@northfieldcenter.com), or fax (330) 650-0815, preferably no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 11, 2023. The application is on file at the Town Hall and is available for viewing Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.
