Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Northfield Center Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall, 9546 Brandywine Rd., Northfield Center OH for a Variance application for applicant John Elsey/GBC Design, Inc., 565 White Pond Dr., Akron OH for a variance to setback regulations for a new building at 255 E. Twinsburg Rd., Northfield Center OH.
Those not able to attend the Public Hearing are encouraged to submit their comments in writing to the Town Hall either by mail, email (nctsecretary@northfieldcenter.com), or fax (330) 650-0815, preferably no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 11, 2023. The application is on file at the Town Hall and is available for viewing Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.
