Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Northfield Center Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at 7:00 pm at the Northfield Center Township Administrative Office, 8484 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH for a Similar Use Application for applicant Patrick Mahoney, 220 Pickwick Dr., Northfield Center OH. The applicant has applied for a Similar Use Permit for a salon at 8775 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH.
Those not able to attend the Public Hearing are encouraged to submit their comments in writing to the administrative office either by mail, email (nctsecretary@northfieldcenter.com), or fax (330) 650-0815, preferably no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2023. The application is on file at the administrative office and is available for viewing Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.
