Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Northfield Center Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday July 20, 2023, at 7:00 pm at the Township Administrative Office, 8484 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH for an amendment to a Conditional Use Application for applicant Nicole Davis/NRDesign LLC, 190 N. Union St., Suite 100, Akron OH on behalf of St. Barnabas Parish, 9200 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH, to amend an existing Conditional Use Permit to renovate an existing storage space to be used as a meeting/activity center.
Those not able to attend the Public Hearing are encouraged to submit their comments in writing to the Administrative Office either by mail or email (nctsecretary@northfieldcenter.com), preferably no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 13, 2023. The application is on file at the Administrative Office and is available for viewing Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.
