Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Northfield Center Township Board of Trustees will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, April 1, 2024, at 6:30 pm at the Northfield Center Township Offices, 8484 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH, for the purpose of considering the addition of land to the JEDD. is available for viewing at the Township Administration Offices during regular business hours.
Those not able to attend the Public Hearing are encouraged to submit their comments in writing to the Town Hall either by mail or email (nctsecretary@northfieldcenter.com) preferably no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 28, 2024. The information on the current JEDD Agreement and the description and map of the area to be included in the JEDD is on file at the Township Office and is available for viewing Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.
