Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Northfield Center Township Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, Feb. 10, 2025 at 6:45 pm at the Northfield Center Township Offices, 8484 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH for proposed text amendments to Chapter 320 “Planned Residential Development Regulations”, sections 320.04, 320.05, Chapter 230 “General Provisions”, section 230.13, Chapter 130 “Definitions”, Chapter 310 “Residential District Regulations”, sections 310.08 and 310.15 and Chapter 430 “Landscaping and Screening Requirements”, section 430.03, Chapter 351 “Business Residential District Regulations”, section 351.03, and Chapter 352, “Town Center District Regulations”, section 352.03 of the Northfield Center Township Zoning Resolution.
Public Participation
Those not able to attend the Public Hearing are encouraged to submit their comments in writing to the township office by mail or email at nctsecretary@northfieldcenter.com preferably no later than 4:00 p.m. Thursday, February 6, 2025.
The information is on file at the township office and is available for viewing Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
The meeting is open to the public.
