Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Northfield Center Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 8, 2024, at 7:00 pm at the Northfield Center Administrative offices, 8484 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH for a Conditional Use Application for applicant Dan Barney, Arkinetics Inc., 3723 Pearl Rd., Cleveland OH on behalf of Spitzer Chevrolet, 333 E. Aurora Rd., Northfield Center OH. The applicant has applied for a Conditional Use Permit to construct an addition to the service bay on the East side of the existing dealership.
Those not able to attend the Public Hearing are encouraged to submit their comments in writing to the Administrative office either by mail or email (nctsecretary@northfieldcenter.com) preferably no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 7, 2024. The proposed text changes are on file at the administrative office and are available for viewing during normal business hours Monday – Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.
