Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Northfield Center Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 7:00 pm at the Northfield Center Administrative offices, 8484 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH for an Application for Zoning Variance for applicant Gregory Demetriades, 115 E. Aurora Rd., Northfield Center OH 44067. The applicant has applied for a variance to setback regulations for a deck and handicap ramp in the Northfield Center Township Zoning Resolution.
Those not able to attend the Public Hearing are encouraged to submit their comments in writing to the Administrative office either by mail or email (nctsecretary@northfieldcenter.com) preferably no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12, 2024. The proposed text changes are on file at the administrative office and are available for viewing during normal business hours Monday – Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.
