Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Northfield Center Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at 7:00 pm at the Northfield Center Township Administrative Office, 8484 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH for a Variance Application for applicant Ross McArthur/Allen Industries on behalf of Panda Express, 8253 Golden Link Blvd., Northfield Center OH. The applicant is requesting a variance to signage regulations in the Northfield Center Township Zoning Resolution.
Those not able to attend the Public Hearing are encouraged to submit their comments in writing to the administrative office either by mail or email (nctsecretary@northfieldcenter.com) preferably no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 21, 2023. The application is on file at the administrative office and is available for viewing Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.
