Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Northfield Center Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at 7:00 pm at the Northfield Center Township Offices, 8484 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH, for a Conditional Use Application for Martin Chitester/The Rusty Stone, 9787 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH. The applicant has applied for a Conditional Use Permit for long-term outdoor display.
Those not able to attend the Public Hearing are encouraged to submit their comments in writing to the Town Hall either by mail or email (nctsecretary@northfieldcenter.com) preferably no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 25, 2024 by 4:00 PM. The application is on file at the Township Office and is available for viewing Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.
