Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Northfield Center Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at 7:00 pm at the Northfield Center Township Offices, 8484 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH, for a Variance Application for applicant Richard Wolf Jr., 96 Northfield Ave., Northfield Center OH. The applicant has applied for a variance to accessory building regulations.
Those not able to attend the Public Hearing are encouraged to submit their comments in writing to the Town Hall either by mail or email (nctsecretary@northfieldcenter.com) preferably no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 25, 2024 by 4:00 PM. The application is on file at the Township Office and is available for viewing Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.
