The Village of Northfield is taking application for the position of Full-Time Police Chief. Per the Village’s Charter, candidates should not have less than eight years training and experience in law enforcement in a police organization of a comparable size to the Village, three of those years being above the rank of patrolman. The Village presently employs eleven full-time and six part-time police officers. Candidates wishing to be considered are required to submit a letter of interest, along with a resume and Village of Northfield Application for Employment.
