What better way to collect a large amount of gifts at one time then to park a Squad with its rear doors open and challenge you the public to Stuff the Squad!
This event is being run in conjunction with our Toy Drive for children in foster care whose lives have been directly affected by addiction. By teaming up with By the Dawn’s Early Light and Local VFW post 6768 we as a community have an opportunity to provide a memorable experience for these children during the holiday season.
Stop by the Fire Department during the event times to enjoy some homemade cookies/baked goods, hot chocolate, and some movies. For those of you that donate a gift or give a donation of money/gift card, you will be entered into a drawing that will be held on Saturday to win a 50″ smart TV donated to the event by The Dawn’s Early Light members!
So come on out and take a break from the craziness of the daily grind and stop in to drop off a gift, have a cookie and some hot chocolate, and make a difference in a child’s life. Who knows who might be watching especially this time of year…..Ho…..Ho…..Ho……
