Ann L. Shimensky (nee Jakovlic) age 91, a resident of Twinsburg since 1963, passed away January 16, 2020. Ann was born in Brownsville, PA to the late Andrew and Kathryn (nee Mendish) Jakovlic. She was the beloved wife of the late Walter Shimensky; loving mother of Catherine (Jack) Harrison, Michael (Joanne) Shimensky, Stephen (Terri) Shimensky, and Christopher (Paula) Shimensky; cherished grandmother of Jessica, Nicole, Kelly, Evan, Ashley, Samantha, Cory, and Jonathan; caring great-grandmother of Carter, Mackenzie, and Owen; and dear sister of the late Andrew (Phyllis), George, Kathryn, Marlene, and Diane.
