EDWARD L. BLAHUT  Age 82, Beloved husband of the late Marlene J. (Nee Schneider); Loving father of Laura Spirk (Christopher) and Ellen Blahut (Amy Eugene); Dearest grandfather of Greg Wolf, Shelley Wolf, Steven Spirk, Stephanie Spirk, and Austin Harris; Dear brother of Margie Nemec (Bob), Richard (Rachel), and Albert; Edward worked at the Fisher Body Coit Rd. plant . He was a member of the HBT Club in Maple Heights, FOE Aerie 2122 in Bedford, the Slovak Club in Cleveland, and the Lithuanian Club in Euclid.Many happy hours were spent volunteering with the AT&T Telephone Pioneer Re-Cyclist Group fixing bikes that were donated , repaired and then given to underprivileged children. He was a Regional Senior Olympic Medalist. Family suggests memorial contributions in his name to the Northeast Ohio SPCA 9555 Brookpark RD.
