Obituary: Jeanne Dorothy Pollock (nee Miller)

Jeanne Dorothy Pollock (nee Miller), age 94 of Northfield Center passed away peacefully Saturday, October 27, 2018.  Beloved wife of the late Burton K. Pollock; loving mother of Carol (Ken) Knauf, Burton (Donna) Pollock Jr., Linda (Robert) Logan (deceased), Lawrence Pollock, Janet (John) Pratt and the late Robert and baby boy Pollock who died very young; dear grandmother of Gary, Tim (deceased)(Kirston), Michael, Michelle (Michael), Tracy, Jim (Jennifer), Nikki (Frank), Kristin (Chad), Dan (Stacey), Christina (Tony), Nicholas, Allison, Brian, Matthew, Meghan, Kyle and Burty; dear great-grandmother of Ryan, Brandon, Trevor, Aaron, Ethan, Timmy, Cameron, Joe, Gavin, Jacob, Jamie, Morgan and Madeline; sister of Ruth (Joe – deceased) Bertrand, Rita (Marvin) Crouch, Gerri (John) Halland, Mary Lou (Sheldon-deceased) Miller-Lewin and the late Ray (Jimi) Miller, Bob (Irene) Miller and Florence (Bill) Setter and loving friend of Richard Kaiser.  Jeanne was very active at the Northfield VFW Post 6768. Friends received 4-8 PM MONDAY, October 29, 2018 at JOHNSON-ROMITO FUNERAL HOME, 99 West Aurora Road (One Mile West of Rt. 8), Northfield Center, OH (330) 468-1443.  Prayers at the funeral home will begin at 9:30 AM Tuesday, October 30, 2018 followed by Mass of Christian burial at 10:00 AM at St. Barnabas Catholic Church.  Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brook Park.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Compassionate Care Hospice, 300 N.
