JOHN GALVIN DePOMPEI, age 106, of Seven Hills. Beloved husband of Almerinda (nee Martini) (deceased); dearest father of Attilio DePompei, Pat Little (Bill), and Galvin DePompei (deceased) (Roberta); cherished grandfather of Drue Hoffman (Duane), Paul DePompei (Victoria), Angela Beckert (Mike), Susan Mirgon (Dave), Jason Little (Alysa), Christina DePompei, and Justin Little (Michelle); great grandfather of 18; uncle of many nieces and nephews. John owned the Pompei Winery along with his brother, Frederico unitl 1997, a family business established by their father around 1914. It was the 36th bonded winery in the United States.
