KIMBERLY ANN STEWART MD age 60, resident of Moreland Hills, OH., born in Youngstown, OH. Kim passed away at Hillcrest Hospital in Cleveland on March 19, 2022. She was a graduate of Liberty High School in Liberty OH and completed the YSU/NEOUCOM 6 year BS/MD program. Her internship was at Riverside Methodist in Columbus and finished Internal Medicine residency at Akron City Hospital, then went for a Rheumatology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. Kim practiced at several medical groups, the last being Unity Health. She is survived by husband of 35 years James Bates MD; children Marta (Curtis Ramsey) Stewart-Bates, Ian (Kacey) Stewart-Bates, Benjamin (Christine) Stewart-Bates, Emma Stewart-Bates, Charles Stewart-Bates, and Sylvia Stewart-Bates; adored pets Crispy, Maisie, and Cat-Cat; Sister Diana Stewart MD and family of Akron, Aunt Virginia (Sally) Hatch of Warren. Preceded in death by parents Sophia and Charles Robert Stewart.
