Obituary: LORRAINE SIMON (nee Nemer)

LORRAINE SIMON (nee Nemer); Passed away peacefully on July 26, 2018 surrounded by  family. Beloved wife of the late George Simon Sr.; Devoted mother of George (Denise), Michael (Julie), Geraldine, and Joseph (Lucy); Loving grandmother of Stephanie Bartos (Brian), George (Stacey), Alexzandra, and Michael; Cherished great-grandmother of Anthony Caringi, Caden Dentz and Sophie Bartos; Dear sister of Florence Nader and the late Josphine Abood, Norman Nemer (Rose), Evelyn Ina and Margaret Nemer; Aunt, great aunt and cousin of many. Lorraine and her husband, George Sr., founded Simon’s Restaurant in Brecksville, Ohio in 1976. She was a fixture at Simon’s front counter for many years. Family and friends are asked to gather Wednesday August 1, 2018 at St. Maron Church 1245 Carnegie Ave. Cleveland for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30AM. Private family interment to follow.
