MICHAEL J. SEREDICK, age 76, passed away suddenly on June 28, 2018. Beloved husband of Becky (nee Visher); loving father of Amy Colligan (Bruce) and Andrew Michael (Kristin); dear grandfather of Jack Michael Colligan, Matthew Colligan, Kaden Michael, Anderson John, and Kaia; brother of Robert (Annette) and Elaine Miller (Edward); uncle of many. Michael was an accomplished musician, teacher and scholar who taught at all levels from elementary to college. He influenced a vast number of students, primarily through teaching Choir and Humanities at Normandy and Valley Forge High Schools. He served as the Music Director of Holy Family Catholic church for many years and was a proud 32 year member of the Cleveland Orchestra Chorus. Michael had the honor of being Assistant Director of the Cleveland Orchestra Chorus under the esteemed Robert Page. In retirement, his greatest joy was spending time with family and friends, especially his five grandchildren. All are asked to gather at Christ the Redeemer Lutheran Church, 9201 Brecksville Rd., Brecksville on Saturday, July 7 at 10:30 a.m. to celebrate Michael’s funeral services. Interment Brecksville Highland Drive Cemetery.
