MICHAEL P. POTOMA, SR., age 92, passed away on January 12, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Susan (nee Vrabel); loving father of Donna Bodner (the late Tom), Michael, Jr., (Darlene), and Allen; dear grandfather of Steve Lyons and Paul Lyons; great grandfather of Harper Lyons; brother of Robert and all the following deceased, Michael, Mary, George, Jr., Helen, Joseph, Mildred, and Edward, Sr. Mike was a 1947 graduate of Maple Heights High School. He was a life-long, devoted Byzantine Catholic and was very active at St. Eugene Byzantine Catholic Church in Bedford and St. John Byzantine Catholic Church in Solon. He served with the U.S.A.F. Engineers and was a 40 year employee of HPL Manufacturing. Friends may call at the FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME, 356 WEST AURORA RD (OH RT 82), SAGAMORE HILLS FOR VISITATION ON MONDAY FROM 5-8 P.M. PARASTAS 7:30 P.M. ON MONDAY at the funeral home. Family and Friends are asked to gather at Holy Spirit Byzantine Rite Catholic Church, 5500 W. 54thStreet, Parma, OH on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. for Divine Funeral Liturgy. VISITATION AT CHURCH FROM 9:15-9:45 A.M. with prayers before Liturgy at 9:45 a.m. Interment Holy Spirit Byzantine Catholic Cemetery.
