Obituary: Mildred R. Quade

Mildred R. Quade, a long time resident of Northfield Center, passed away at the age of 99, on January 21, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Florence Rose and her brothers, Charles and Wilbur. She was the devoted and loving wife of the late Arthur Quade, Sr. She was the proud mother of the late Susan (Donald) Shriver, Arthur (Terrie) Quade, Jr., and Steven (Barbara) Quade. She was the dear grandmother of seven grandsons…Donald Jr, Jeffrey, Justin, Derek, Nolan, Michael and Eric, and two granddaughters…Leana and Emily. She was very blessed to have a devoted neighbor and friend, Valerie Phillips; and the unconditional love for the past ten years of Snuggles, whom she simply called “Kitty Cat”. The family will receive friends Friday, January 31, 2025 from 10-11:30 with closing prayer at 11:30 at the Johnson-Romito Funeral Home, 99 West Aurora Road, Northfield Center, Ohio.
