RONALD “RON” BENJAMIN OLESINSKI, of Macedonia, OH, passed away peacefully into eternal life on Monday, June 26th, 2023, under the comforting care of hospice after a prolonged illness. He is survived by his loving wife, Darlene Olesinski (nee Loew). They were fortunate to celebrate their 67th wedding anniversary on Friday, June 23th, 2023. Loving father of 5 children, Warren Olesinski (Helen, deceased), Darlinda Bobek (Donald), Ronald J. Olesinski (Ellen), Glen Olesinski (Emily) and Cindy O’Neal-Riley (Woodrow). Grandfather of Karen Semon (Corey), Warren Olesinski (Kasey), Daniel Bobek (Niki), Eric Bobek (Kelsey), Billy O’Neal, Rachel Koneval, (Jason Thompson), Eryn Leffler (Brian), Max O’Neal, Dean Olesinski (Emily), Wilson Riley and Luke Olesinski. Great-Grandfather of Bailey Olesinski, Karli Semon, Ryan Semon, Brynnley Olesinski, Tatum Lasko, Kellen Lasko, Kendall Semon, Liam Leffler, Daniel Bobek, Andi Olesinski, Jonathan Bobek, Wyatt Leffler, Isabel Olesinski and Jackson Bobek. Brother of Kenneth Olesinski (deceased) and Robert Olesinski (deceased). Brother-in-law to Carol and John (deceased) Yurkschatt, Sharon and William Crile, James and Laura Loew.
Ron graduated from Maple Heights High School in 1955 and was the longtime co-owner of JYRO SOHIO (BP) and JYRO Auto Repair. He spent many hours enjoying his family, photography, golfing, bowling and fishing.
The family welcomes FRIENDS FOR CALLING HOURS ON FRIDAY, JUNE 30TH FROM 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM AT FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME, 356 W. AURORA RD. (OH RT 82), SAGAMORE HILLS. Funeral Services will be celebrated on Saturday, July 1st at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Ron’s final resting place will be Crown Hill Cemetery, Twinsburg, OH.
