Obituary: RUDOLPH J. PETSCHE

RUDOLPH J. PETSCHE, age 89, passed away Friday, July 28, 2023. Beloved husband of 49 years to the late Barbara Jean (nee Gilsdorf); loving father to the late James, the late John, Jeffery A., Kathy J. DiTurno (Ray); Chris M. (Kim), Jennifer L., Lisa M. Kowall, and Joanna L. Croley (Craig); grandfather to 12 and great grandpa “GG Pa” to 7; brother to all the following deceased Edward, Frank, and Robert Petsche, and Lois Hampton. Retired from Oscar Mayer/Kraft Foods. Rudy served for two terms as City Councilman for Boston Heights and later ran for Mayor and won by a coin toss following a tie vote. While serving as Mayor, Rudy was also the Safety Service Director. He enjoyed golfing and spending time with his family and friends. Rudy was a longtime member of St. Barnabas Catholic Church in Northfield. Friends may call at THE FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME, 356 W.
