Wife of the late Lad Wolf and Casmir Kolakowski; loving mother of Craig Kolakowski and the following deceased, Greg and Gary Kolakowski and Debbie Welsh; dear grandmother of Chrissy Kolakowski, Stevie Kolakowski (Shannon), Stacey Fernengel (Greg), Rachel Malec (Paul), Lauren Welsh, Samantha Kolakowski (Kyle), and Erin Kolakowski; great grandmother of 10; sister of Joan and the following deceased, Rosemary, Frank, and Tom; aunt of many.
