WILLIAM “BILL” STARCHER JR. age 73. Beloved partner of Jackie; loving father of Debra, Cathy Fees (David); treasured grandfather of Brandon, Shelby, Wayne Jr., Haylee, Alexa and John; dear son of the late William and Amie; adored brother of Chuck (the late Carol) and the late Lucille; caring uncle of Ron (Gina) and Rick (Janie); Great-uncle and friend of many.
