Northfield Center Township, Ohio – Alan Brubaker, P.E., P.S., Summit County Engineer, would like to alert residents and motorists of the closure of Olde 8 Road between Highland Road and East Highland Road (under the Interstate 271 overpass) in order to replace guardrail with jersey barriers. The road will be closed Wednesday, September 7th and Thursday, September 8th during the daytime only from 8:30am to 2:30pm. Detour routes will be posted.
The detour route will go from Highland Road to Brandywine Road to Twinsburg Road.
