Work has begun on construction of a brand new storm water detention pond. This is located in the rear of the parking lot for the Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. At this time the detention pond itself is completed and is functional. Some associated storm sewer replacement work will be performed in the Spring of 2021. This new pond will provide a much needed storm water drainage improvement for many areas located downstream of the church. This project is entirely funded by the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District’s Community Cost Share Program.
