Recipe: Pierogi Lasagna

5 lbs mashed potatoes
1 vidalia onion
2 sticks butter/unsalted
2 cups mild cheddar cheese
1 box lasagna
Sauté onion in one stick of butter. Put to the side. Cook potatoes and mash. Add milk, butter to your consistency. Odd 1/2 the sautéed onions and 2 cups of cheese.. fold in.

Make lasagna noodles. When fine time to layer. Melt stick of butter in bottom of 9×13 pan. Layer noodles, mashed potatoes, repeat. When at top— finish with mashed potatoes on top and spread the rest of the sautĂ©ed onions over the top. Place over at 350.

Put tin foil over the top and back for 40 minutes…enjoy.
