Summit County Executive Ilene Shapiro will be introducing her resolution declaring Summit County an “Autism Friendly Community” at the April 17, 2017 Summit County Council Meeting. Working with the Autism Society of Greater Akron (ASGA), Executive Shapiro will lead Ohio as the first Executive to take such action.
