COLUMBUS – State Rep. Casey Weinstein (D-Hudson) today applauded the work of Hudson city leaders, Summit County, JobsOhio, and Team NEO in helping to grow Arlington Valley Farms. The company is expanding to launch several  innovative, “ready-to-eat” frozen and packaged food brands at its Hudson production facility. Arlington Valley Farms expects to invest $4.5 million in capital equipment and create 97 new jobs.

“The lowest hanging fruit for economic growth is expanding our existing base,” said Rep. Weinstein. “I am pleased to see that happening here and now with Arlington Valley Farms, a local, family-centric company that produces nearly everything it makes.”

Founded in 2007, Arlington Valley Farms came to be based in Hudson in 2017 after previously operating out of Cleveland. Food manufacturing is a thriving industry in Northeast Ohio, with more than 370 food processing and manufacturing establishments supplying food and beverages to consumers across the globe. Arlington Valley Farms takes pride in its unique approach, which combines scratch cooking with high volume bakery production.
