SACS is now offering and administrating “COVID-19 Rapid Type Testing Process” that can be utilized for employees at your location or by appointment at our SACS office located in Canal Place in downtown Akron, Ohio.
SACS will come to your office (minimum 6 tests required) or you can make appointment to send your employee(s) to our office for this quick test. Family members of employees are also welcome to be tested. Test results are available in 5- 10 minutes.
This test ONLY tests for presence of COVID-19 lgG and lgM antibodies. The costs is $75.00 per test.

Disclaimer:
COVID-19 Rapid Type Test is a single-use device which detects lgG and lgM antibodies in serum, plasma, and whole blood samples against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. The presence of such antibodies indicates if exposure to a coronavirus has taken place.
Note: False positive results for lgM and lgG antibodies may occur due to cross-reactivity from pre-existing antibodies or other possible causes. Presumptive positive results should be confirmed with alternative testing method(s) and clinical findings.
Release form signature is required and process is confidential to individual tested and company or individual paying for testing process.
Commonly asked questions about rapid test
- Does it test for antibodies?
A. Yes. It tests the antibodies in the blood to see if you have been exposed toCovid-19 virus or not. The test results are Positive or Negative. - What is the accuracy of the test?
A. 98 percent - How long does the test take to get the results?
3 to 10 minutes. - Is this test reported?
A. No. It is completely confidential. Nothing is shared with any Government entities. - What are the costs?
A. $75.00 per person - Do we have to pay in advance?
A. Yes. Individual & Companies must pay total amount in advance or at the time of test Many. Employers are payroll deducting from employees’ paychecks. - Is the testing limited to employees?
A. No. Many employers are offering the testing to the employees and optional to employee family members. - Are you able to come to the Employers job site?
A. Yes. With a minimum of 6 people or more SACS can test at company location. Less than 6 people you must call and make an appointment at SACS Consulting office located in Akron, Ohio. - Can we go to a testing site and get tested?
A. No. Unless you are symptomatic, they will not perform the test, even with a Doctor’s written request.

- What Type of test is the Covid -19 test?
A. The Covid-19 Finger-Stick Rapid Test is a lateral flow immunoassay testing for SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 virus which: - What does the Covid -19 test detect?
A. The test detects lgG & lgM antibodies in whole blood, serum, and plasma. - What does the covid-19 test indicate?
A. Indicates if exposure has occurred and Indicates recent or older exposure. - Are Positive Test results required to be reported?
A. Positive results are required to be reported by the individual to public health authorities in a timely manner. (CLIA) - Can False positive tests results occur?
A. False Positive results are rare and may occur due to cross-reactivity from pre-existing antibodies. - Can a false negative test occur?
A. Negative results do not preclude infection as antibodies may not be present in first few days of contact with the virus. - Is the test FDA Approved?
A. This C-19 Rapid Test is FDA Approved – 2021.
