The trash/recycling contract with Kimble will expire June 30, 2020. After accepting bids for a new 5-year contract, the Board of Trustees awarded the contract to Rumpke Waste & Recycling effective July 1, 2020. Residents will receive an oversized postcard in the mail from Rumpke containing all the general guidelines and the postcard will also include your new pickup day along with a recycling calendar. New containers from Rumpke will be delivered the week of June 22nd to residents. You will receive a container for regular waste and an additional container for recycling. The week of June 22nd will also be the last week of recycling with Kimble. Therefore, please leave your “Kimble” recycling container out after your recycling is picked up (June 23rd or June 24th). Kimble will be going through the township with a special truck picking up the recycling containers. If your recycle container is not left out, Kimble will contact you directly to arrange pickup of the container.
