Between February 18 and March 1, 2026, local officers were dispatched to locations including Canterbury Lane, Arboretum Circle, and Greenwood Parkway to address reports of fraud, property damage, and personal emergencies. Reports of Telecommunications Harassment and Fraud
On February 18, 2026, at approximately 5:53 p.m., Ptl. Christopher Salveter met with a resident at the police station vestibule to document a telecommunications harassment complaint. The incident reportedly began around February 4, 2026. Later in the month, on February 28, Ptl. Ryan Shelby took a report for identity theft and fraud occurring at a multi-dwelling unit on Greenwood Parkway. That case involved suspicious activity dating back to February 24.
Traffic Complaint Involving Postal Vehicle
Sagamore Hills Police responded to the Quik Chek parking lot on February 18, 2026, at approximately 5:56 p.m. regarding a potential crash. The investigation involved a white 1989 GMC postal delivery truck and was classified as a traffic complaint near the intersection of SR 82 and Boyden Road. Officers Christopher Salveter and Gary Petrusky were on the scene to evaluate the situation.
