ARREST – Warrant Arrest
Aug 12, 7:29 a.m. – Houghton Eaton Drive
Travis Samuel Negrelli, 44, of Solon, was arrested on multiple outstanding warrants after being located by officers. Negrelli was also charged with fleeing/eluding an officer (misdemeanor) and resisting an officer. Officers recovered a black backpack during the incident. The case was cleared by arrest.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ARREST
Aug 15, 10:19 p.m. – Sagamore Road
Todd Steven Dulaney, 48, of Sagamore Hills, was arrested for domestic violence simple assault following a disturbance at a residence. Dulaney was taken into custody without incident.
DEATH INVESTIGATION
Aug 19, 10:06 a.m. – Valley View Road
Officers responded to a welfare check at Valley View Road apartment 4 after an employer reported that an employee had not shown up for work. The welfare check resulted in a death investigation. A 2010 Ford Escape was also documented at the scene.
PROTECTION ORDER VIOLATION
Aug 14, 5:54 p.m. – Barton Road
A woman reported that her ex-husband violated a temporary protection order that she has against him. The reporting party came to the police department to file the complaint.
DISTURBANCES AND DISPUTES
Aug 12, 7:25 p.m. – Rolling Brook Road
Officers responded to a reported disturbance at Rolling Brook Road involving multiple parties. The situation was resolved without arrests.
Aug 16, 7:51 p.m. – Dunham Road
A domestic dispute was reported when a man came to the Sagamore Hills Police Department requesting assistance regarding a domestic situation.
Aug 16, 1:41 a.m. – W Highland Road
Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity involving multiple subjects and a vehicle. Those involved included individuals from Spring Valley, California, Parma Heights, and Sagamore Hills.
Aug 17, 1:50 a.m. – W Aurora Road (New Aurora Business Center)
Officers on patrol observed a suspicious vehicle parked at W. Aurora Road. The vehicle occupants were from Cleveland.
Aug 19, 7:25 p.m. – Nakita Court
Officers responded to a domestic dispute between two individuals at Nakita Court.
FRAUD REPORT
Aug 13 – Valley View Road
A resident reported being the victim of fraud. The incident occurred between July 30 and August 13.
THREATS INVESTIGATION
Aug 16, 10:07 a.m. – Eaton Estate Community
Officers responded to a report of harassment and threats. The incident reportedly occurred between August 9 and August 16.
WELFARE CHECK
Aug 14, 10:37 p.m. – Valley View Road (Sagamore East Condominiums)
Officers conducted a welfare check at Sagamore East Condominiums apartment A15 after receiving a request.
FOLLOW-UP INVESTIGATION

Officers handled an on-station walk-in report regarding a possible civil protection order violation.
